Erasmus Mundus Master Courses (EMMC) are joint programs of outstanding academic quality implemented by consortia of European universities from at least 3 different countries. The purpose of this European program is to foster cooperation between higher education institutions and academic staff in Europe and Third Countries with a view to creating poles of excellence and providing highly trained human resources. By the way, your university could be a full member of one of these Master programs.

The European Union has just labeled 131 EMMC programs for the next academic year (2012-13). Scholarships are open to higher education students and academics from all over the world and every program could offer additional scholarships to Turkish candidates within the EU fund program for “Western Balkans and Turkey”.

All of them include obligatory study and research periods, in at least two universities, and award recognized double, multiple or joint degrees.

French institutions are leaders or partners in about 60 consortia in different domains. The following EMMC programs include at least one French institution. They accept graduate students owing a Bachelor degree in Forest science and related areas:
